Order Cancellations Policy

At The Big Jackpot, we work hard to process and dispatch your orders quickly. We understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. This policy explains when and how cancellations are allowed.

 

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
     Orders can be cancelled only if the material has not been shipped from our warehouse.
  • After Shipment:
     Once our logistics partner has picked up the material and the shipment status shows “Shipped”, the order cannot be cancelled.

 

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Write an email to contact@thebigjackpot.in.
  2. Mention the following details:
    • Order Number
    • Registered Email / Mobile Number
    • Reason for Cancellation (optional)
  1. Our backend team will check the shipment status and respond within 48 hours.

 

3. Refund for Cancellations

  • If your order is not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original mode of payment..

 

4. Important Notes

  • Refund timelines may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • The Big Jackpot reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., stock unavailability, technical error, fraudulent activity). In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
