Return/Refund Policy

At The Big Jackpot, we manufacture high-quality playing cards and ensure a smooth shopping experience. While we aim for 100% satisfaction, we understand that issues may arise. This policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund.

1. Eligible Reasons for Return

You may raise a return request for the following situations:

  • Damaged Product – Item received in damaged condition due to transit.
  • Wrong Product – Item received does not match your order.
  • Manufacturing Defect – Product has a quality defect (e.g., misprint, missing cards, faulty packaging).

2. Timeframe to Raise a Request

  • Damage / Wrong Product: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Quality / Manufacturing Defect: Notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.

⚠️ Requests made after these periods may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Send an Email
    • Email us at contact@thebigjackpot.in with the following details:
      • Order Number
      • Reason for return (Damage / Wrong Product / Defect)
      • Clear photographs of the product & packaging (mandatory for damage claims)
      • Your mobile number for quick coordination
  1. Acknowledgement
    • Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
  1. Approval & Pickup
    • Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup.
    • Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging, including all tags, invoices, and accessories (if any).

4. Refunds

  • After pickup and verification, refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment.
  • Refund timelines: 7–15 business days after return approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return unless received in damaged or defective condition:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Used, tampered, or incomplete items

6. Important Notes

  • Returns without proper approval or beyond the allowed timeframe will not be accepted.
  • In case of disputes, The Big Jackpot reserves the right to make the final decision.
  • Refunds may be withheld if the returned item fails quality checks.
