1. Eligible Reasons for Return
You may raise a return request for the following situations:

Damaged Product – Item received in damaged condition due to transit.

Manufacturing Defect – Product has a quality defect (e.g., misprint, missing cards, faulty packaging).
2. Timeframe to Raise a Request

Damage / Wrong Product: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Quality / Manufacturing Defect: Notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
⚠️ Requests made after these periods may not be eligible for return or refund.
3. How to Raise a Return Request

- Order Number
- Reason for return (Damage / Wrong Product / Defect)
- Clear photographs of the product & packaging (mandatory for damage claims)
- Your mobile number for quick coordination

Acknowledgement
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Approval & Pickup
- Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup.
- Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging, including all tags, invoices, and accessories (if any).
4. Refunds
- After pickup and verification, refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment.
- Refund timelines: 7–15 business days after return approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return unless received in damaged or defective condition:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Used, tampered, or incomplete items
6. Important Notes
- Returns without proper approval or beyond the allowed timeframe will not be accepted.
- In case of disputes, The Big Jackpot reserves the right to make the final decision.
- Refunds may be withheld if the returned item fails quality checks.
