The Big Jackpot decks are made of  55 cards. It includes 13 cards in each of the four suits: Clubs (♣), Diamonds (♦), Hearts (♥), and Spades (♠), with reversible face cards. The deck also includes 2 Jokers and 1 Extra card

Each suit includes an Ace, King, Queen, and Jack, and cards from two through ten, with each card depicting symbols (pips) of its suit.

Our playing cards come in two sizes, 

Standard playing card size: 5.7CM X 8.9CM, this size can be used for any regular playing card games.

Poker size playing cards: 6.3CM x 8.8CM, as the name says, this size is mostly used for a game of poker.

After you have finished the order process by filling in all necessary details and providing your payment instructions, you will be presented with an order number on the final screen. Our system will then send you a confirmation email with the same order number. If you do not receive the confirmation email, it may be due to an incomplete or incorrect ordering process, or an incorrect email address. To check your order status, you can click on the "Order Status" button at the top of any page or from your email.

Our average delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days, once we ship the products from the warehouse. *Delivery times may vary a bit depending on customer location, any public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Once the order process is completed, and all the required details have been filled in, along with payment instructions, you will see an order number on the final screen. Our system will then automatically send you a confirmation email that includes this order number. If you did not receive the confirmation email, it could be because you either did not complete the ordering process correctly or you entered your email address incorrectly.

The minimum order quantity for customised playing cards is 200 packs for single side customisation and 300 packs for both side customisation.

We only charge a design fee if you would like our team to do the designing for customised playing cards. If you provide us with the design in the format required we will not charge a design fee.

It usually takes 3 to 4  weeks, depending on the order. This time frame can vary.
